We want you to love your North Pole finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn apparel and accessories within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our North Pole quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
